You can fix it with covering the windows, but only if outside because all it takes is light passing through a smoke and then a clear solid to cause X-Rays which can pass through anything on the inside. Further this also matters for outside or inside smoking when you smoke by glass stuff too close because both of these are exactly how x-ray refraction works. Don't believe me, google it yourself, it wasn't noticed before.

I found out cause I got X-rayed by polythylene clay while heating it and it burned me ( another one to notice, since you heat it when you play with it ). As after that I noticed above as it still hurt again in certain places of the house including above by it being still sensitive to the same harm. As after near my giant door window while smoking I could feel it consistently hurt again, but not far away from the windows still smoking. Since I could feel the same pain that is like a cold burn and I also elsewhere sensed it that way I concluded the pain was reactivated by same cause due to being sensitive.
I concluded X-rays for everything above by links in polythylene clay while research, the fact it was like a sunburn and because once I found how it refracted online, that's what it had to be.
Yet I don't presently know the cause for other less imidiately painful repetitions in the house. One I'm not sure of but might be the polythene clay I threw out. I'll update if I find out for the other's I'm not sure about. Since I felt a bunch cause of the original burn far more painful, but not that many potential sources, it seems like pot plants and my bed did feel like this, but they could both be explained by the windows, polythylene clay, discomfort of laying on its own or maybe the plants.
I feel the plant one if its the case is as natural as we are adapted to X-ray frequencies naturally, since they would have started mutations we'd have as animals to have first adapted to on our own. It would be due to their photosynthesis which exchanges gas concentrations in the air.
The other ones didn't exist back then in higher or other frequency of X-ray, so may be responsible for cancer the same way. Mutation is another option for solution, but is one you'd have to in science sense be lucky to survive without cancer with. The other option is covering your windows on the outside when its foggy or go for a walk outside in the forest or nature until it stops being foggy.
